We have two options available for the budget minded Bride and Groom
1. Prices can be reduced by $1.00 per guest if all guests go through the buffet line and

Sandwiches, Bars, Snack Mix, Meat and Cheese Trays…Henry’s Catering has a
large selection of Hors d’oeuvres available before, during, and after your event.
We have foods available for your Bridal Shower, Grooms Supper and Gift Opening

To guarantee Friday Decorating the charge is $200.00 (hall rental). We can help
with your Groom’s Supper…let us know what you need!
* Tax and Service Charges
All prices are subject to MN Sales Tax (6.875%) and a Service Charge of 15%
This Service Charge - Is not gratuity and is charged to cover overhead, liability
insurance and administrative fees.
Payment of all social functions must be made on the day of the event or according to
Henrys will box all leftovers!
Please call for an appointment four months before your event.
Final meal count is due 10 days prior to your event. If you do not notify the office
you will be charge for the estimated amount of guests.
Upon requesting a bid from us, we tentatively hold your date for ten days. If you
decide to use Henry’s Catering a deposit of $500.00 is required to hold the date.
The deposit is not refundable for any reason.

Henry’s Location only… we have a soft serve ice cream machine that can be used
when your wedding cake is served $200.00 will generously serve guests up to a count
If you would like to hold your ceremony at Henry’s Catering the fee is $500.00 this
price includes the use of the Center Friday ($200.00 value)
Gourmet Chocolate and assorted dippers… pricing starts at $2.50 per guest… ask
Fountain Pop for your guests… all day unlimited $225.00
Since we specialize in homemade dishes… Henry’s Catering will make “your special
recipe” for your large event…just ask
